One of the best places to eat ramen and sushi! We loved the service, the food, and the welcoming atmosphere. The owner is also the head chef, and you can really taste the care and quality in every dish. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. My friend and I just went here and the food was amazing !!! The prices are low & fair and the food quality is really good. Great customer service , the owner Danny is really nice and he changed the menu which I really appreciated because they have bulgogi ramen now and more food options. Wonderful and unexpected lunch! The curry is exactly what I hoped it would be and more, katsu was crispy evan after sitting in the curry. Only critique I would throw out there is that the karage could have been crisper, but it was delicious. Service was definitely above par even for Vegas area. Kobashi is a little secret spot hidden on Blue Diamond right across the street from Silverton Casino. My favorite dishes are the beef curry, spicy tuna roll, chicken katsu, and kimchi fried rice. After recently travelled to japan i was craving some authentic Ramen. this place does not disappoint! flavour was amazing and fresh.
ordered the miso Ramen spicy tasted exactly like i was back in japan!
